Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves inspecting materials, auditing procedures, and identifying areas for improvement to maintain product consistency and customer satisfaction. 1st shift available: Monday thru Thursday from: 8am to 5pm and Friday from: 8am to 1pm Pay rate: 18.00/

Full-time, Temp-to-Perm Responsibilities:

Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Document and report defects or deviations from standards. Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control systems (e.g., ISO standards, GMP). Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain accurate quality records and ensure traceability of products. Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues. Conduct internal audits and participate in external inspections, if applicable.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred. 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or warehousing. Familiarity with inspection tools (e.g., calipers, scales) and QA documentation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

Able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Lift up to 30-50 lbs occasionally, depending on industry. Why Work for us?
