Quality Assurance Representative 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Pennsauken, NJ 08110 As a Quality Assurance Representative , you will be responsible for ensuring quality specifications are consistently met at our vendor facilities. This includes monitoring the color, content, and various manufacturing stages of our printed products and providing feedback to internal teams. Local travel to vendor locations is required for this position, requiring the candidate to reside in the South New Jersey area for local travel obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain pre-approved product color and content at vendor locations Inspect manufacturing stages to ensure adherence to quality standards Confirm vendors are following detailed specification sheets Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and scheduling Verify press quantities and track waste figures Collect and forward product samples for internal review Oversee the packing and stripping of materials Perform hand counts and scale verifications on carton quantities Participate in regular quality control meetings Remove flaws or marks from materials when necessary Document and report vendor and personnel issues to supervisors Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong judgment and common sense in decision-making Effective problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands Basic math and measuring skills; must be able to use rulers and measuring tapes Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for color Must be self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for vendor visits and press checks Capable of lifting up to 15 lbs. and navigating industrial equipment Availability of working flexible hours, including some weekends
