Quality Coordinator Position Available In Cumberland, New Jersey

We are a new packer, cold storage, warehouse, and logistics facility for fresh produce in Vineland. We have an opportunity for a hands-on Quality Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Assist with quality control systems to ensure that all customer requirements are achieved Provides an effective and proactive quality service to enhance customer satisfaction Assists with audits of products as needed Assist with the quality management ensuring that products and services meet both internal and external quality standards. Monitoring, auditing and evaluating production processes to detect and correct deviations from quality standards Coordinating with different teams to carry out tests on products and processes Reviewing product specifications and identifying areas for improvement Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards Collaborating with management to implement new quality initiatives and monitor their success

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Quality Coordinator or similar role with a minimum 3 years specifically in fresh produce, preferably citrus. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices. Experience with product testing and quality control systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well in teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Full-time Pay:

$22.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
