In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that colors match specifications for various projects, within the leather industry. Your expertise in color matching will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Analyze color samples and determine the appropriate formulas to achieve desired shades Collaborate with team members to assemble paint mixtures and prepare samples for testing. Conduct tests on mixed colors to verify accuracy before application. Operate airless paint spraying equipment as needed for projects. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all materials and tools are properly stored and handled. Assist with warehouse duties, including materials handling and inventory management. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Qualifications Experience in construction painting or auto body repair is preferred. Strong basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations. Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation. Knowledge of materials handling practices within a warehouse environment. Ability to work effectively in a team setting while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
