Temp•Perm or Direct Hire for the right candidate Our client is urgently seeking a QA Documentation Specialist I to join their Quality Assurance team. This is a critical hire to support an upcoming audit and ideal for candidates with 2-3 years of pharma / biotech experience in document control, QA, and / or training functions. This role supports document management systems (preferably MasterControl ), training coordination, and audit readiness. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and understanding of

GDP / GMP

are key. Responsibilities Route, review, and publish documents in MasterControl Manage training accounts, job codes, and assessments Generate and maintain reports in Excel and Quickbase Provide support during audits (document retrieval, tracking, reporting) Ensure all documentation complies with internal SOPs and regulatory standards Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field Internship or academic experience with documentation systems a plus Experience working under audit pressure or inspection timelines 2-3 years of QA / Document Control experience in pharma or biotech Familiarity with MasterControl or similar DMS Document Management System Experience supporting training and document routing Solid understanding of GDP and cGMP Strong communication and document tracking/reporting skills Benefits System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
