Overview
As part of our continuous quality improvement initiatives, we are looking for a Quality Coordinator to provide critical support during the rollout of a new system. This role is ideal for someone with a background in quality and digital systems who enjoys working on structured data, system configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the configuration and deployment of core LIMSponents, including test protocols, sampling plans, and product specifications.
Perform detailed and timely data population into the system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Organize and track method validation files, acceptance criteria, and test definitions within the LIMS architecture.
Liaise between QC analysts, system administrators, and technical teams to resolve configuration issues or inconsistencies.
Participate in system verification activities and assist in drafting user guidance materials and process maps.
What You Bring:
Prior hands-on experience with LIMS, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment.
Knowledge of quality assurance systems, laboratory workflows, and documentation standards.
Comfortable working with structured data and digital tools in a highly detail-oriented environment.
