Quality Control Technician Holland Mfg. Co Succasunna, NJ 07876 Holland Manufacturing Company, located in Succasunna NJ, is a growing manufacturer of converted paper products and is in search of a Quality Control Technician to join our team. Holland Manufacturing has been in operation for over 65 years and is family owned and operated US manufacturer. Holland services the industrial packaging market which is currently being fueled by the growth of e-commerce. Holland’s primary product is water activated tape which can be seen on many e-commerce packages from the world’s largest retailers. Join our QA team and ensure the quality and integrity of our products! You will be responsible for understanding our products and inspection requirements. Key responsibilities include accessing QA documentation, using various test equipment, and performing incoming and in-process inspections. You’ll assist with managing lab organization and cleanliness, enter data into various logs and databases, adhere to safety procedures, and assist with supplying product samples when needed.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding:

• Company products, machine locations, inspection requirements.

• Knowledge:

• QA (Office 365) Sharepoint, SOPs, QA forms, and relevant documentation.

• Test Equipment Use:

• Various viscometers, scales, testers, micrometers, etc.

• Inspections:

• Incoming (raw materials) and in-process (lamination, gumming, printing, converting).

• Lab Management:

• Ensure organization, equipment readiness, and cleanliness.

• Data Entry:

• Maintain accurate records in ERP and QA data logs.

• Safety:

• Follow QA lab and facility safety procedures.

• Customer Service:

• Provide product samples as required.

Compensation Type:

Hourly Position / Pay based on experience
