Requirements:

What You’ll Do:

Inspect and sample incoming parts and products using measurement devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform in-process and final inspections for Finished Goods to verify visual, dimensional, and functional requirements. Identify and document non-conformities during inspections and initiate corrective action processes. Collaborate directly with the engineering team to address quality concerns and implement improvements. Communicate with Global suppliers to resolve quality issues with materials or components. Assist in root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve non-conformities and customer complaints. Maintain and update quality records, including inspection reports, calibration logs, and test results. Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures for new product introductions. Provide feedback to internal departments to continuously improve product quality and processes. Maintain compliance with

ISO 9001

standards and participate in audits as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Required :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges. Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred :

Certified Quality Inspector (CQI), Certified Quality Technician (CQT), or equivalent credentials. Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Certification.

2015 Internal Auditor Certification. Fluency in Spanish, as much of the internal workforce uses Spanish as their first language. Knowledge of
