Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Develops and initiates standards and methods forgage calibration, testing, and evaluation of production gaging.

Compiles and able to write training material and conducts trainingsessions on both

Metrology and IATF:

ISO:

9001 processes.

Develops audit schedules for both internal and external audits for

IATF:

16949/

ISO:

9001, manages and certifies the internal auditorpool to ensure audit completion and ensures correction actionimplementation for any audit finding or quality improvements.

Manages the electronic layered process audit system, includingscheduling, weekly follow up with internal audit team, defining andmaintaining questions, providing system access as needed,monitoring and reporting out on daily system performance, andensuring all findings are appropriately addressed and effective.

Will work within SAP and Purchasing system to ensure correctinventory of repair parts, replacement parts and gage components toensure no production interruption. Ability to lead problem solvingactivities, to discover root cause, and implement long termcorrective actions Understands, reviews, and maintains a currentworking knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements Responsible formanaging a team of 2 to 4 Hourly Metrology Lab Technicians, acrossshifts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) from anaccredited four-year college or university 2 years relatedexperience with the above-mentioned duties and responsibilitiesExperience with fine measurement equipment along with gageimplementation, selection and testing

IATF:

16949 and

ISO:
