Shipping Inspector Dynamic A Workshop Ltd New Jersey Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, inspecting them for damage and verifying contents against purchase orders. Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and ensuring proper labeling. Utilize vision inspection systems to conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment schedules, and quality audits. Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations during all shipping and receiving activities. Perform data collection related to shipping metrics and quality management processes. Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure product specifications are met. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any discrepancies or issues identified during inspections. Requirements Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations is preferred. Familiarity with quality systems, including quality audits and inspection processes. Knowledge of CGMP guidelines and FDA regulations is highly desirable. Proficiency in using vision inspection systems for quality control purposes. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform data collection accurately and efficiently. Experience using calipers for measuring products is a plus. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members across departments.
