The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday; schedule will be dictated by the needs of the program. This is a salaried, overtime exempt position, and the rate of pay is $65,790.40/year. The QA Specialist ensures completion of internal quality assurance audits at all WWAARC programs to maintain compliance with agency policies and all state and federal regulations. Qualifications:
18 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of five years’ experience in programs supporting people with developmental disabilities. Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing services for people with developmental disabilities; prior experience with incident reporting and investigations preferred.
