Quality Control Inspector Requirements Include:
A minimum of 5 years experience inspecting machined parts. Candidate must be able to set up and program CMM’s. Knowledge in use of Solid Works and PC-DMIS a plus. Print reading, understanding geometric tolerancing, true position, flatness, surface profiling etc. Work with indicators, bore gauges, mics etc. Must be able to be hands on with operators during set ups. Aerospace inspection, FAI’s experience is a plus. Perform quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001
standards. Machining experience is also a plus, but not required. The candidate must be able to multi-task and perform in a job shop environment.
