Quality Control Assistant The Page Seed Company, Inc. 10 1/2 Green Street, Greene, NY 13778 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting quality inspections, utilizing precision scales, and adhering to established quality management process. The Quality Control Associate will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process. Utilize scales to insure product weights meet standards. Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and procedures. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with scales and ability to handle basic weights and measurements. Basic understanding of quality management principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
