This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with electronic components, organizing materials, and contributing to product build and delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and kit hardware components based on bills of materials (BOMs) and configuration requirements Pull parts and materials from inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness Label, package, and stage components for production, integration, or field use Track inventory and update documentation to maintain configuration control Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies or shortages Assist with light assembly or prep tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety and handling protocols

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in electronics, manufacturing, warehouse, or technical support environments Familiarity with part numbers, BOMs, and inventory systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Able to lift and move parts/materials as needed (up to 30-40 lbs) U.S. citizenship required
