The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality products. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with CGMP and
ISO 13485
standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, to perform accurate measurements and assessments. Analyze inspection data and maintain detailed records of quality metrics. Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in the development and maintenance of quality systems and documentation. Perform routine audits of processes and procedures to ensure adherence to quality assurance (QA/QC) protocols. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on inspection findings. Qualifications Proven experience in quality inspection or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with
CGMP, ISO 13485
standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
