Essential Functions 1. Review work orders to understand job requirements 2. Develop and document standard operating procedures and work instructions for production operations as needed or directed by management. 3.Read and understand manufacturing drawings, specs and tolerances. Be familiar with geometric tolerancing 4. Must understand and comply with the quality objectives of the department and company. 5. Perform product calibrations using microscope and measuring equipment. Competencies 1. Must be detailed oriented and meticulous 2. Must work well in a team environment 3. Must maintain a clean, neat working environment 4. Well organized and productive 5. Use of Microsoft Office products Required Education and Experience 1. High School diploma, GED 2. No experience is necessary but microscope or measurement experience is a plus 3. Good computer and technical experience is essential 4. Strong Analytic and problem solving skills
