Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hi-Reliability (Hi-Rel) Solderer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision soldering of electronic components, particularly for mission-critical applications such as aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-reliability environments. You must be detail-oriented, skilled in working under magnification, and familiar with industry quality standards.
salary:
$45,000 – $52,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 4

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Perform hand soldering of surface mount and through-hole components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) to
IPC-J-STD-001
Class 3 standards Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and inspection criteria Inspect solder joints under microscope to ensure proper solder fillets and connections Rework and repair PCBs as needed using appropriate tools and techniques Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow ESD protocols Complete documentation and traceability as required by quality systems Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams SkillsSolderingQualificationsYears of experience: 1 yearExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
