As an integral part of our final inspection team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and inspections of our products to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications. Main Responsibilities Testing:

o Execute testing procedures on finished products according to established work instructions. o Utilize testing equipment and tools to assess the functionality, performance, and compliance of products with specified requirements. o Record and document test results accurately for further analysis and quality assurance purposes.

Inspection:

o Conduct detailed inspections of finished products to ensure they meet the quality standards outlined in work instructions. o Verify product specifications, dimensions, and visual attributes to maintain consistent product quality. o Identify and document any deviations from established quality standards.

Packaging:

o Package products in accordance with packaging instructions provided, ensuring that the packaging meets both functional and aesthetic requirements. o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area to prevent damage to products during the packaging process.

Defect Reporting:

o Immediately report any known product or material defects to the production supervisor. o Collaborate with the production team to address and rectify identified defects promptly.

Documentation:

o Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing and inspection results. o Prepare reports summarizing findings and communicating any trends or recurring issues to the quality control team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications in quality control or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Test & Inspection Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Familiarity with testing equipment and tools relevant to the industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established work instructions precisely.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
  • Ability to analyze test results and inspection findings to draw accurate conclusions about product quality.

Work Location This in-person position will work out of the Victor, NY facility.
