We’re hiring a hands-on Operations & Quality Lead who wants to build, grow, and help shape a brand that’s redefining cannabis in New York. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, curious, proactive, and excited to do a bit of everything — from sourcing and vendor outreach to lab testing, ERP systems, and supporting R D. Your Role This role blends quality assurance, procurement, operations, and startup hustle. You’ll work directly with leadership and production teams to make sure our products are consistent, safe, and best-in-class — while also helping us scale what we do across New York. Key Responsibilities Vendor Sourcing & Procurement Identify and qualify new suppliers across NY State (2-3 travel days/month) Manage pricing, timelines, and vendor performance Keep raw material inventory aligned with production needs Quality & Compliance Maintain quality systems aligned with GMP and OCM guidelines Submit samples for lab testing, review CoAs, and keep documentation audit-ready Own and update Batch Production Records (BPRs) and MMRs Product Operations & R D Support Assist with product development and formulation testing Help run process trials for new SKUs and inputs Collaborate across departments to bring new ideas to life ERP & Documentation Keep ERP data clean and compliant (we use Odoo) Track inventory, batches, and lab results in real-time What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience in cannabis, food/bev, pharma, or CPG Solid knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, or ISO) Strong communication, follow-through, and self-management Tech-savvy with ERP systems or fast to learn Curious and adaptable — you’ll wear many hats here Willing to travel in NY a few days per month Nice to Have Familiarity with New York State OCM cannabis regulations Previous experience in a startup, manufacturing, or production-heavy role What You’ll Get Competitive salary (based on experience) Paid time off + travel reimbursements Direct exposure to founders and leadership Growth opportunities as we scale in a growing market A chance to help shape the future of cannabis in
