POSITION
Quality Assurance Specialist SUMMARY We are a fast-growing, quality-driven company in the disposable consumer products industry, committed to excellence in compliance, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and uphold the high standards that define our brand. Position Summary The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our quality systems. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical or related industries, including GMPs/GDPs, product release procedures, in-process quality control, non-conformance investigations, audits, and environmental monitoring. This individual must be a team player with strong communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to upholding company policies, core values, and applicable regulations.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Performs batch record reviews for final QA release of finished product. Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP standards; support GMP training initiatives. Monitor adherence to SOPs and Work Instructions; conduct training as needed. Assists with implementing and maintaining company’s Quality Systems, SOPs and Work Instructions. Collaborate with QA Inspectors and Operations to resolve quality issues. Participate in internal audits and support external audits and inspections. Contribute to other QA-related activities as assigned. Qualifications The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of quality and regulatory expectations in pharmaceutical or related industries (e.g., personal care, cosmetics). Familiarity with GMPs, ISO standards, and quality system principles is essential. Experience should include product release, root cause analysis, CAPA development, auditing, and environmental monitoring. Strong English writing skills are required for documentation and communication. The candidate must also demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
