Working under minimal supervision, you will perform a wide range of inspections, following IPC-610 and
IPC/WHMA-A-620
Class 3 requirements. Your expertise in wiring, soldering, and understanding of IPC standards will be essential in conducting inspections in accordance with engineering drawings, manufacturing work instructions, and industry best practices.

Your Challenge:
Perform detailed inspections on cable, harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies, adhering to IPC-610 and
IPC/WHMA-A-620
Class 3 standards. Conduct inspections on complex electronic equipment, ensuring compliance with imposed IPC and Military workmanship standards. Perform incoming inspections on electro/mechanical parts, following engineering drawings and Mil-Standard requirements. Perform dimensional inspections on raw materials, verifying conformance with engineering drawing specifications. Independently interpret manufacturing work and quality inspection instructions. Generate accurate product verification documentation in accordance with departmental procedures. Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel-based software proficiently for documentation purposes.
Your Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of IPC-610 and
IPC/WHMA-A-620
workmanship standards. Ability to read and interpret assembly, detail, and parts list drawings. Experience in the defense electronics industry is preferred. Proficiency in using PC-based tools. Must be a US citizen and eligible to obtain DOD Security clearance. Peerless Instrument provides state-of-the-art electronic assemblies, systems and software to the US military.
