Join a leader in precision thin-film coatings since 1936. We’rehiring a hands-on Coating Technician III to support the developmentof coating processes, documentation, and inspection standards.
Someone who trains and mentors coating technicians and apprentices.

Pay Rate:
$32-$36/hr
Shift:
8hr Days (Mon-Fri)
Primary Tasks:
Coats full range of products,including prototypes and engineering designs. Supports developmentof coating processes, documentation, and inspection standards.
Trains and mentors coating technicians and apprentices. Ensurescleanliness, organization, and accurate documentation in the workarea. Communicates proactively with teams to ensure product qualityand delivery.
Secondary Tasks:
Assists other departments andcompletes assigned tasks professionally and promptly. Participatesin quality events, continuous improvement, and safety initiatives.
Mentors peers and supports training and development acrossdepartments. Recommends improvements to enhance product quality,service, or value. Reports safety incidents and security breachesto management.
Position Requirements:
Education :
High SchoolDiploma; Associate Degree in Technology preferred.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years in optical coating; 10 years with infrared coatingspreferred.
Skills :
Strong math, inspection, verbal/writtencommunication, and adaptability. Proficient in identifying andresolving process/material issues using data analysis.
