• Create or edit programs for the coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
• Utilize the programs to complete dimensional inspection using the coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
• Conduct inspection by programming and completing the dimensional inspection of final assembly and component parts.
• Analyze and troubleshoot setups and inspection paths.
• Understand and utilize GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) to complete detailed part inspection.
• Determine part inspection requirements from drawings.
• Ensure the part inspection programs are consistent with part number and revision level.
• First Article Inspection (FAI) of work order parts for correctness.
• Perform inspections on incoming goods as required.
• Support all Quality objectives.
• Cross train on overlapping job functions.
• Support all inspection processes to ensure high quality products.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
