July 25, 2025 Job Description Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a highly motivated Quality Systems Engineer to work within our talented team at our Coatesville, PA facility. The Quality Systems Engineer is responsible for the building, implementing, and maintaining the quality system. This position drives compliance to standards, leads process improvement activities, manages supplier and customer quality system audits, as well as provides quality data to customers.

Develop and administer Quality directives, programs, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure that quality systems conform to company, customer, industry, and governmental standards Plan and conduct external audit process and maintain compliance to
ISO 9001, ISO
17025, NAVSEA, and nuclear standards Plan and conduct internal audit process, including Quality System audits, process audits, product audits, identification audits, and any other audits as needed Drives timely and proactive corrective/preventative action implementation and verifications Confirms the effectiveness of corrective actions Lead and participate in functional teams working on process compliance and/or continuous improvement activities focused on systemic improvements Monitor and report trends in Quality performance metrics and the impact of process improvements through management reviews Collect and analyze quality Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a highly motivated Quality Systems Engineer to work within our talented team at our Coatesville, PA facility. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field or equivalent industrial manufacturing experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Demonstrated success in defining and resolving problems Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Management Systems or auditing Working knowledge of
ISO 9001, ISO
17025, NAVSEA, and nuclear standards ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or Engineer Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
