Remote with all State units currently running a minimum of 1in-office day per month. Potential for additional in-office days atthe request of the Agency.

Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and short-termdisability after 90 days For more information, please contactBreanna D. directly at bdrollinger@alinestaffing.com ProgramRepresentative Description/Duties • The employee performscoordination and administration work for BSASP to ensure compliancewith Federal and State regulations, policies and procedures, andunderstanding of the goals and initiatives of ODP. • Functions asthe AAW lead for managing Information Technology (IT) workinvolving HCSIS, PROMISe, and the future Enterprise Case Managementsystem (ECM) system. Responsibilities include but are not limitedto, participation in meetings regarding design and implementationof functions, review documents, testing prior to implementation,troubleshooting, and provide feedback as required or in other areasas required. • Evaluates and assesses the quality of communityprograms, services, and supports through on-site visits and thereview of records to assure that individual’s needs are identifiedand met through conducting annual Quality Assessment andImprovement monitoring reviews. • Supports AAW providerenrollment/initial qualifications as needed which includesreviewing provider applicant materials, monitoring timelines,maintaining accurate records of provider applicant statuses andinquiries, and providing technical assistance to providerapplicants.
