Wayne, PA 19087 Job Overview The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles serviced or reconditioned by the dealership meet high standards of quality , safety , and customer satisfaction before being delivered to customers or added to inventory. This position plays an important position maintaining dealership reputation and customer trust. Duties Inspect all serviced, repaired, or reconditioned vehicles for quality, cleanliness and safety compliance. Perform test drives and conduct post-service inspections to verify repairs and diagnostics. Check for any missed repairs, incomplete work, or cosmetic issues such as scratches dents or stains. Ensure that all work meets dealership and manufacturer quality standards. Document inspection results and communicate findings with service advisors,technicians and management. Qualifications Proven experience in the automotive service industry Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Knowledge of vehicle systems , repair processes and manufactuer standards. Experience with vision inspection systems is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining independence in decision-making. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
