• Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructionsin the completion of daily activities with minimal input andsupervision to ensure successful accomplishment of companyobjectives. /n
• Perform Receiving Inspections to verify thatincoming parts, materials, and related documentation meetrequirements and are suitable for use. /n
• Perform First piece,In-process, Last piece, and Final inspections per sampling plans,product requirements, and job instructions to verify productconformity. /n
• Perform First Article Inspections to ensuremanufacturing die, tooling, and other manufacturing methods resultin product meets customers drawing requirements. /n
• Performcustomer specific required Inspections and complete Inspectionreports per the stated requirements. /n
• Document, identify, andsegregate nonconforming product in accordance with policies,procedures, and work instructions. /n
• Complete and submitcustomer documentation as required. /n
• Document, identify andsegregate nonconforming product in accordance with policies,procedures and work instructions. /n
• Make requests to suppliersfor missing or incorrect documentation. /n
• Use appropriatemeasuring devices and automated inspection equipment to performinspections including basic programming of automated inspectionequipment. /n
• Interact with other departments in a professionalmanner in addressing product quality and service issues. /n
• Provide other departments with information and assistance tosupport them in accomplishing their objectives. /n
• Contribute toand participate in improvement activities within the department andthe company. /n
• Follow departmental procedures and workinstructions as written and recommend improvements as necessary. /n
• Perform any other task/activity assigned by the supervisor withinthe scope of Company business. /n
• Maintain a safe and cleanworking environment by complying with policies, guidelines, andregulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System /n/n What you will need to

Succeed:

• High School Graduate orGeneral Education Degree (GED): Required /n
• Associate’s Degree(two year college or technical school) or

Work Equivalent, Field ofStudy:

Industrial Technology or Quality related field /n

• Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or technical school)

Preferred, Field of Study:

Industrial Technology or Quality relatedfield /n

• Computer Literacy (MS Office), 2 plus years ofexperience in mechanical inspection and blueprint reading required./n
• Knowledge of GD&T, basic statistical techniques, automatedinspection experience preferred. /n

Salary range for this role is $22-27/hrbased upon experience.
