Role:

As a Packing Inspector at Electron Energy Corporation, you’ll play a critical role in the final stages of our manufacturing process by visually inspecting, marking, and packaging magnets for shipment according to customer specifications. Your attention to detail will ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with our production and quality teams to verify specifications, maintain accurate records, and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety:

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Adhere to all safety precautions and minimize risk in the work environment.

Read, Understand, and Follow Work Instructions:

Access Paradigm to review and/or print work instructions (WI) and process control standards (PCS). Recommend revisions and updates to WI and PCS to enhance processes.

Interpret Customer Drawings:

Verify that the drawing part number matches the manufacturing router. Review drawings to obtain and confirm customer requirements.

Set Up Equipment:

Properly set up equipment as required for inspection and packaging.

Maintain Work Area:

Clean and organize equipment and work area to maintain efficiency. Request reorder of consumables as needed.

Verify and Record Data:

Accurately enter data into the ERP computer system and manufacturing router per work instructions.

Perform In-Process Inspections:

Conduct inspections at various stages to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Inventory Management:

Manage and maintain the Pack LTA Inventory and perform data entry of all inventory transactions in the ERP system. Adhere to

EEC Escalation Policy:

Follow established protocols for addressing quality concerns and process deviations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in quality control, packaging, or a related field is preferred. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inspecting and packaging products. Ability to follow standardized processes and recommend improvements when necessary. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data entry. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
