Saturday:

5:15am – 5:30pm $21.75/hr Responsibilities Collect and conduct analysis of product at various stages along the production process as well as finished product to validate the integrity and meet quality standards/specifications. Analysis includes, but is not limited to: Alcohol, Color, Bu, Sugar, pH, Haze and VDK Analysis Perform operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment such as: Gas Chromatograph, Beer Alcolyzer, pH Meter, Spectrophotometer, Haze Meter, Atomic Absorption, digital gehaltemeter Must observe and practice all Brewery Safety Procedures. Includes wearing the proper PPE at all times on the Production Floor Required Experience and Skills Must be proficient with computers and automated equipment to input and interpret data as required. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and QI Analyst Proven mechanical aptitude, demonstrated by work, avocation or vocation Demonstrated knowledge of GMP through work experience Knowledge of basic laboratory and production safety practices and procedures.
