2nd shift Quality Assurance Technician Choice Canning Company 1075 Oak Street, Pittston, PA 18640 Rapidly expanding food production company looking for an experienced quality assurance (QA) tech. The right candidate will have an excellent safety record, leadership skills, be able to prioritize tasks to facilitate the production process, be detail-orientated, able to multitask, and possess above average computer skills. Required background skills and minimum qualifications shall include: A minimum of two years experience in QA/QC set in the industrial manufacturing sector. The successful candidate must be able to effectively function independently and as part of a team. Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must be able to work 2nd Shift 3:30 pm to 1:00 am Must be available to work weekends and holidays if needed Must be authorized to work in the United States Basic computer skills
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Regularly required to work around operating equipment, confined spaces, stand, reach, stoop, crawl, walk, climb ladders and bend greater than 90% of the time.
