Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely record keeping.
- Able to read and interpret drawings, PO”s and specifications.
- Demonstrate appropriate skill with basic precision measuring tools and electronic measurement & test equipment.
- Inspection of electronic components, pre & initial assembly of PCB”s and electronic subassemblies..
- Verification of proper application of conformal coatings.
- Review Shop Order documentation and determine that all required operations have been completed prior to the inspection for that stage.
- Determine that the required documents are available and at the current revision before starting the inspection.
- Performs Receiving and In-process A (Pre-Assembly) inspections in accordance with the applicable OPPI procedures and work instructions.
- Accurately assigns and records sub-assembly serial numbers (if applicable) and records in the appropriate logs.
- Works with minimal supervision and takes responsibility for the accuracy of their work.
- Knowledge of
ISO 9001, AS9100, MIL & IPC
Spec requirements.
- Is responsible for keeping their assigned work area in a neat and presentable condition at all times.

- Skilled in the use of basic precision measuring instruments and electrical test & measuring instruments.
- Ability to interpret basic schematic diagrams.
- Ability to read, understand and execute inspection processes as documented by procedures and work instructions.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Good Communication Skills
Basic Math Skills
Good Computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Must have a minimum of 20/25 (corrected) vision and color perception.
