That is the DataBank difference. DataBank is pleased to announce that we are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Technician to join our Production team. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Technician will be responsible for conducting quality control checks on scanned medical documents to ensure all documents are prepared according to the job and client specifications.

Responsibilities Essential Functions/Job Duties:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Conduct quality checks on scanned images in network and on hard drives
Rescan and insert corrections as necessary
Follow instructions and communicate with supervisor or trainer when appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines
Ability to perform high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis
Resolve problems promptly, accurately, and in such a way as to prevent future problems
Adheres to quality assurance standards and processes to ensure the highest quality product
Ability to meet attendance and punctuality requirements
Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications Desired Skills & Experience:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
High School Diploma or GED Certificate required
Document Prep knowledge preferred, but not require Ability to: Read at a level sufficient to understand documents containing titles, codes, prose of various natures, including written instructions or mathematical figures
Analyze selected subjective information and arrive at an appropriate conclusion
Inspect and analyze selected subjective information to maintain quality standards in product
Maintain established production quotes and project standards
Listen effectively and follow written or verbal instructions
Maintain confidentiality in relation to documents or projects being serviced
Operate and thrive in a changing environment
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted within the line of work
