Job Description

The Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector ensures all incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials and products meet the company’s quality standards. This position plays a key role in identifying, documenting, and resolving quality issues within the warehouse operations, helping maintain compliance with company policies and customer specifications. Perform inspections on incoming shipments, in-process goods, and finished products according to established quality standards. Verify product labeling, packaging, documentation, and storage practices. Identify and isolate defective or non-conforming products; document and report issues to appropriate departments. Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, reports, and logs. Conduct audits of warehouse processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations. Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for quality-related issues. Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to promote continuous improvement and product integrity. Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity, if applicable. Ensure compliance with company quality policies, customer requirements, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP). High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment. Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, or quality system software). Ability to read and interpret work instructions, SOPs, and product specifications. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform inspections in warehouse settings. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment. Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, or quality system software). Ability to read and interpret work instructions, SOPs, and product specifications. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
