Modular Home Quality Control Inspector 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 7172 Route 522, Middleburg, PA 17842 Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The role of the Quality Control Inspector position is to follow all of the quality control procedures listed in the 3rd party approved quality control manual that is on file with the states. Duties The Inspector is required to use the approved quality control checklist/traveler to ensure that the homes are built to code and the approved plans. To ensure that each unit is built to the highest possible quality at all stations of the production line. To work closely with the production Leadperson and Foreman at each station to repair any items that are not built following the sales order, the engineering prints, or do not meet the quality expected by the Quality Control Inspector. The Inspector will monitor any required test that is taking place on the production line and verify the results of the test. Experience A minimum high school graduate or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years’ experience working on the production line or having been involved with the production line processes. Must be able to read and comprehend blueprint drawings and details. Must be familiar with all codes, regulations and building requirements.
