Quality Inspector Job Description Join our team at the Hanover Ring and Seal Factory, where we are seeking dedicated Quality Inspectors for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. Our factory specializes in aerospace and industrial applications, producing custom carbon seals and piston rings. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations by inspecting in-process parts and conducting final inspections. Responsibilities Inspect in-process parts or conduct final inspections of parts. Support operations by ensuring quality standards are met. Utilize precise measuring equipment and devices. Read and understand dimensional blueprints. Refer to supervisor for clarification of priorities, objectives, or policies. Essential Skills Minimum of 1 year applied training working within a manufacturing quality role. Experience working with precise measuring equipment and devices for a minimum of 1 year. Ability to read and understand dimensional blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Ability to train on any shift. Annual eye exam to ensure ability to meet requirements of quality department. Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Why Work Here? Starting wage $27.48/hour plus $.75/hour shift differential, and hour wage increases every 9-months in addition to annual compensation increases. No mandatory overtime.
