Join our Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) Rotational Program as a Compliance Analyst and discover what it means to be at the heart of healthcare integrity. What Makes This Role Awesome? You’ll gain valuable experience in regulatory reporting, internal reviews, quality assurance, and process improvement-building a strong foundation for a future in healthcare operations. Whether you’re formatting data files for regulatory submissions, collaborating across teams to support audit readiness, or exploring how pharmacy and health benefits intersect, you ll be making a real impact from day one.
salary:
$27.13 – $27.14 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

Be Doing:
Support regulatory reporting efforts (think: state reports and APCD submissions). Assist with compliance testing by prepping documentation and helping track results. Scrub data (yes, we mean clean it up-accuracy is everything). Rotate across different teams to learn all about the world of healthcare compliance. Contribute to process improvement projects that help us work smarter. Participate in stretch assignments and administrative tasks to build skills and experience. Collaborate, communicate, and document like a pro. Always keep it compliant-confidentiality and accuracy matter! What You Bring to the
Table:
Bachelor s degree OR relevant coursework/experience in healthcare, compliance, regulatory ops, or pharmacy services. A curious mind and a genuine interest in healthcare operations or compliance. Internships, academic projects, or volunteer work related to quality assurance or health services? Big plus! Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Quickbase. Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement? Even better! Top-tier communication skills – you can break down the complex into the simple. A can-do attitude and collaborative spirit.
