This role ensures product and process quality through team leadership, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor QA Technicians, Inspectors, and QC Sorters Oversee daily quality operations and ensure ISO and customer compliance Conduct root cause analysis, generate corrective action plans, and manage MRB activities Perform inspections, audits, and maintain calibration systems Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process evaluations Maintain accurate records, quality documentation, and training initiatives

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; technical training and certification preferred 5+ years of QA or manufacturing experience, with

ISO 9001

knowledge Strong analytical, mathematical, and inspection tool proficiency Skilled in Microsoft Office and quality documentation Ability to lead across shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and meet visual inspection requirements #
