Please note, this is not a software engineering role. Responsibilities Document and implement the quality management system, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal standards. Support a variety of quality system audits, including internal, customer-related, and third-party audits. Maintain and improve process capabilities, establish standards, and validate manufacturing process requirements. Operate a corrective action system to swiftly identify and rectify out-of-control conditions and customer complaints. Utilize statistical methods to analyze failure root causes and suggest improvements. Design and implement performance measurements to evaluate organizational performance and product quality. Apply continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing principles to refine and enhance processes across production areas. Assess and enhance supplier capabilities, monitoring supplier quality to ensure high performance. Qualifications 3-4 year of experiance in the automotive industry Knowledge of CPK study and strong customer support skills. Proficiency in using various computer applications and tools. Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement practices. Self-motivated and driven to excel in a dynamic work environment.
