Direct Hire Pay:

$30-$35 per hour, DOE Marketplace Professional Staffing is actively recruiting a CMM Programmer for a leading manufacturing client in Greenville, SC . This is a direct hire opportunity for a quality-focused professional with deep experience in dimensional inspection, CMM programming, and metrology processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Create CMM programs using customer CAD models, blueprints, and specifications Operate the CMM to perform accurate measurements and inspections Conduct daily production inspections using fixed and variable measuring tools Complete and document measurements for Initial Sample Inspection Reports (PPAP) Perform annual layout inspections and internal tool/die component measurements Calibrate, certify, and repair gages and measuring instruments Maintain all required inspection records in accordance with the QMS Support continuous improvement through inspection feedback and collaboration Assist with general quality tasks such as sorting, rework, and special inspections

Authority & Accountability:

Authority to reject parts that do not meet specifications or customer requirements Responsible for CMM calibration, operation, and maintenance Maintain internal gage calibrations and the Gagetrak calibration system

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in quality inspection with CMM programming Strong knowledge of mechanical blueprints, GD&T, and inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.) Proficient in CMM operations and dimensional inspection practices Understanding of ISO 9001 and

TS 16949

requirements Familiarity with SPC and computer-based measurement systems Excellent math, analysis, and problem-solving abilities Able to lift up to 35 lbs

Preferred:

Quality-related certifications (e.g., ASQ, GD&T, or CMM programming training)
