Tank Transport, Inc. is a diversified family owned transportation company specializing in liquid bulk transport. We currently have terminals throughout the Midwest, South, and East. The primary responsibility of this position is to inspect the quality of work performed at the site and document rework. This role will conduct in-service and final inspections of repair and testing of portable tanks in a production environment, inspect completed preparations of portable tanks for loading, verify all inspections meet or exceed customer and regulatory standards, maintain and promote a culture of high-quality workmanship, document non-conformances and other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

Will be using a 15k empty lift and a 60k heavy lift. Inspect and correct the quality of work performed at the site Document any rework that may need to be performed Conduct in-service and final inspection of repair and testing of portable tanks in a production environment Inspect completed preparations of portable tanks for loading Verify all inspections meet or exceed customer and regulatory standards Watch for Safety related issues and report to the Supervisor Direct employees to wear the required PPE Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Will be using a 15k empty lift and a 60k heavy lift. A minimum of 2 years experience is required. Must have no fear of enclosed spaces or heights and possess a basic understanding mechanical valves. This is an outdoor position and you will be required to work in all elements to include rain, heat, cold, etc. Must be able to pass background check and non-DOT drug screen.
