• Full-time | Consultant Role | 3rd Shift (11 PM – 5:30 AM, Monday-Friday)

• Type:

• 12-Month Contract | Onsite

• Pay Rate:

• $38.16 – $47.83 per hour

• Training:

• 5-6 weeks on 1st shift (some training may occur on 2nd shift)

• Role Summary:

• PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an
• Experienced Product Acceptance Specialist (Level C)
• to support a high-impact aerospace program in North Charleston. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical checkpoint for quality and compliance, ensuring every product meets stringent design and safety standards. Your expertise will directly influence product integrity and customer confidence.

• What You’ll Do:

• + Verify product conformance to complex design and regulatory requirements + Provide objective evidence of inspection results and findings + Validate work instructions, tooling, certifications, and compliance to process standards + Support the inspection and verification of Level C and D operations + Identify, document, and control non-conforming parts or processes + Collaborate with customers during product or process reviews + Conduct preliminary reviews and disposition of non-conforming items + Initiate corrective action requests for recurring or significant issues + Generate and manage Velocity EPDs (PU, CI, NC, CA) •

Required Qualifications:

• + 8+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or other regulated industries + Active A&P License + 2+ years of experience with Velocity, REDARs, and/or CMES systems + Experience with composite fabrication, structural work (including wing components), wiring, and production testing + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills +
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Experience with critical path analysis, root cause analysis, and schedule impact assessments + Mastery of inspection techniques using visual, tactile, and tool-assisted methods + Experience working in team-based environments + Demonstrated team leadership (formal or informal) + Previous experience supporting the 787 Program or similar
