The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, high quality product, and teamwork. As a team member, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You must bring a positive attitude to wrk each day get along with your teammates. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a clean workspace Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Stay updated on beverage trends and cocktail recipes. Skills Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Some experience in bartending with a solid understanding of drink preparation techniques. Solid background in wine knowledge of classic cocktails. Familiarity with Toast or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a positive experience for guests. Experience in fine dining establishments is required. Sales skills to promote beverage specials, talk about wine with confidence and upsell menu items effectively.
