Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-directed and long-term Quality Inspector . As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of Electromechanical and Electronic Relays & Controls for Traffic Signals, Power Generation, and Factory Applications through inspection and testing. This role reports to the Quality Manager and offers an opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment. This is a permanent position and the employer is hiring an ideal candidate looking for long-term employment.

Shift:
1 st Shift, 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through
Thursday Roles and Responsibilities:
– Inspect incoming and outgoing material and products, following company standard test protocols and applying specifications – Compare measured dimensions and examine functionality against standards – Record inspection results, complete reports, and maintain records – Coordinate inspection and repair of returned goods
Trainable Responsibilities:
– Conduct visual and measurement tests using circuit testing equipment, voltmeter, gages, caliper, etc. – Verify part number, revision, quantity, and description – Request and review certificates of conformance (CofC) – Prepare and communicate Quality Alerts as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
– Basic math and computer skills – High level of attention to detail – Analytical and documentation skills – Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs), print reading, and interpretation – Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with production, engineering, and vendors – Ability to lift small boxes and work in a manufacturing environment What happens next?
