Job Description Summary The Materials Training and Operations Leader will demonstrate leadership in training, project management, and materials initiatives execution across the Greenville Materials Team. You will utilize your functional experience and expertise to develop and deploy training standards and drive improvements to tools and processes pertaining to materials operations. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Own the development and deployment of the materials management training program for the Greenville site working closely with the central materials process improvement team Own the analysis, strategy and execution of the Greenville Materials initiatives. Develop and create project roadmaps to ensure that all materials KPIs and targets are met. Lead the cross-functional operating rhythm to ensure all teams are aligned and working towards a common set of KPIs and targets. Drive a culture of rigor around project execution across the materials network while balancing business priorities and agreed upon targets. Support data analytics, materials reporting, and pulling of materials KPIs Be available to help users with key SAP functionalities Work closely with the finance team to provide periodic project impact estimates to the business. Work collaboratively with other Materials Leaders to effectively meet project goals and objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. At least 5 additional years of materials management and manufacturing experience. Proficiency with SAP in a manufacturing environment. Desired Characteristics Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Strong business and analytical ability Knowledge of the manufacturing process Familiarity with materials management disciplines including production and inventory control Ability to manage changing/conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately Ability to effectively operate in any organizational structure Working knowledge of spreadsheets, including MS Excel The base pay range for this position is $103,100.00 – 137,400.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
