SUMMARY
Responsible for reviewing varies processes within Loan Operations via the QC Workflow queues. Identifying errors or deficiencies in processes and documenting the results of each review. Assist in compiling and producing daily and weekly reports. Maintain training and procedural updates.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Associate’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. Minimum of three years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or related role.
Participate in all required compliance training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, or other education events as assigned by Loan Ops and Bank leadership.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Conduct Quality Control Review for various banking operations; including loan origination, underwriting, document processing transactional activities, flood and etc.
Test to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing process. This includes analyzing data, reviewing documentation and performing sample checks to identify any deviations, errors, or weaknesses in control measures or processes.
Maintain documentation of quality control processes, findings and recommendations. Summarize results and document results on designated form and /or testing systems.
Address and follow the process for resolving Credit Reporting Disputes.
Transmit out-of-cycle updates to Credit Reporting Agency when inaccurate information has been identified.
Adhere to Corporate and Loan Operations policies and procedures as prescribed.

Provide world- class service to internal and external clients with a sense of urgency and positive attitude.
Demonstrate exceptional organization and time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities to meet multiple deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to think critically and problem solve with limited guidance.
Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.

This position does not directly manage employees.
