Quality Technician 3PL Vision LLC Fort Mill, SC 29708 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of quality assurance practices, as well as familiarity with industry regulations such as ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines.

3rd Shift•3rd: 8:00 PM-6:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday) Responsibilities Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers, to perform accurate measurements. Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities. Identify non-conformities and work collaboratively with production teams to implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including HACCP and
ISO 13485.
Participate in internal audits and assist in the preparation for external audits. Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices. Experience Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Familiarity with FDA regulations and industry standards such as
ISO 13485
is highly desirable. Proficiency in data collection techniques and analysis methods related to quality control. Experience using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers) for product inspections. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in products or processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across departments. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
