• standards. This role involves conducting inspections, maintaining calibration certifications, and testing equipment to ensure compliance with traceable measurement standards.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Perform quality inspections on metal fabricated parts + Conduct in-process and receiving inspections + Maintain calibration certifications for all gauge assets + Perform calibration activities to verify gauge performance and capability + Test equipment against traceable measurement standards + Communicate effectively with all departments to resolve quality concerns + Utilize measuring instruments such as CMMs, sine bars, comparators, gauge blocks, micrometers, calipers, hardness testers, and surface indicators •Essential Skills & Qualifications•+ Experience in quality inspection and control + Proficiency in calipers, micrometers, and measuring instruments + Knowledge of •CMM•and •

ISO 9001

• standards + Background in metal fabrication and machining + Ability to perform visual inspections and read blueprints + Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
