Quality Inspector Job Description We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to ensure the quality and precision of metal fabricated parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining and steel fabrication, along with knowledge of CMM and
ISO 9001
standards. This role involves conducting inspections, maintaining calibration certifications, and testing equipment to ensure compliance with traceable measurement standards. Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on metal fabricated parts Conduct in-process and receiving inspections Maintain calibration certifications for all gauge assets Perform calibration activities to verify gauge performance and capability Test equipment against traceable measurement standards Communicate effectively with all departments to resolve quality concerns Utilize measuring instruments such as CMMs, sine bars, comparators, gauge blocks, micrometers, calipers, hardness testers, and surface indicators Essential Skills & Qualifications Experience in quality inspection and control Proficiency in calipers, micrometers, and measuring instruments Knowledge of CMM and
