Shift:

1st Shift (5:30am•1:30pm); 3rd Shift (9:30 PM•5:30 AM)
HTI is partnering with a Tier 1 automotive supplier to build an elite team from the ground up. As part of this expansion, we’re hiring experienced CMM Programmers to support advanced, robotics-driven production lines. What You Need
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced training in GD&T
Proficiency with PCDMIS and PolyWorks
Familiarity with Romer Scanning
Experience with Microsoft Office; Plexus experience preferred
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Availability to work up to 12-hour shifts, including weekends
Steel toe boots and hard hats required on site
What You Will Do
Program and operate CMM machines for product and fixture inspection
Conduct part and check fixture certifications, including re-certifications and customer self-certification programs
Develop inspection and testing standards and methods
Perform capability studies and document quality data
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and tools
Complete part layout and fixture layout with written data to support PPAP submissions
Update and manage part layout history files
Support quality assurance processes including problem-solving and corrective actions
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities
Comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Maintain housekeeping in the CMM lab and report equipment issues as needed
