Niagara Pharmaceuticals is looking for motivated and qualified individuals who are interested in joining the company right from the start at our new facility in Cowpens, SC.QA AssistantThis position reports to the QA Manager•Job Duties•:
In process inspection during productionPre- and post-finished product inspection reportsPre and Post Line Clearance dailyVerification of skid counts on the Packaging Work Record dailyEnsuring the quality of the product is maintained during production.
Providing labels and irradiation dots to production per the Packaging Work RecordEnsuring that the production personnel are following proper gowning and cleaning procedures as per GMP and SOPsObtain QA and retain samples as required during productionPlacement and logging of QA retain samples in QA retain roomsPerform Packaging material inspection up receiptBatch and water samplingInspection and release of raw materials and componentsOther relevant QA duties as assignedKnowledge of SOPs and ability to function according to SOPs•Experience Required•:
Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or a related science from a recognized post-secondary institutionMinimum 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Technical Services and/or Production.•Skills Required•:
Excellent decision-making skillsAbility to effectively communicateSafety orientedRecord keeping and organization skills•Compensation and Hours•:
Shift Hours:
